We require a valid form of ID and a major credit card for payment.

1. Choose your equipment: Select the equipment you would like to rent.
2. Choose your dates: Choose your rental dates. If the item is not available on the dates you requested, it will not allow you to rent the item.
3. Choose delivery options: If you want us to deliver, answer YES to the question, "Do you want delivery service from Capless Rentals?" If you answer NO, a member of our team will reach out to you to coordinate pick-up. Click this link to see approximate pick-up location. Exact location is provided upon acceptance of reservation. Delivery cost will be calculated based on your location and added to your invoice. Typical price for forklift delivery and pick up is $300. For other equipment, typical price range is $50 - $150 for the Charlotte metro area.
4. Provide payment details: Partial payment is required at checkout (25%) to secure your rental dates.
5. Check-out: After you complete your check-out, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately. A member of our team will then contact you within 1 business day to coordinate pick-up or delivery details.

Yes, delivery and pick-up are offered for an additional charge. The cost is dependent on the equipment you are renting.

Capless does not require renters to use our services for pick-up or delivery.
