  • We require a valid form of ID and a major credit card for payment.

  • Renting from Capless is straightforward:

    1. Choose your equipment: Select the equipment you would like to rent.
    2. Choose your dates: Choose your rental dates. If the item is not available on the dates you requested, it will not allow you to rent the item.
    3. Choose delivery or pickup: In the checkout process, choose pick-up/delivery services, if needed. If pick-up and delivery are not selected, Capless will assume you will be providing your own transportation to pick-up and return your rental.
    4. Check-out: Complete your rental purchased. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
    5. Pick-up/Delivery: A member of our team will contact you to make arrangements for pick-up or delivery, based on your selection.
    6. Payment: Payment is typically required at the time of ordering, including a security deposit.

  • Yes, delivery and pick-up are offered for an additional charge. The cost is dependent on the equipment you are renting.

    Delivery and pick-up costs are available upon check-out. 

    Capless does not require renters to use our services for pick-up or delivery. If you would like to pick-up and return your rental, arrangements are available.
